In March of 1980, the Archbishop of San Salvador, Oscar Romero, was assassinated to silence his support for the peasants of El Salvador. In 2004, his friend and colleague, Rev. William Wipfler, was called before a U.S. Federal Court in San Francisco to provide testimony against Romero's assassin. Rev. Wipfler retold his testimony before an audience of students and staff from Christ the King Seminary in East Aurora, NY in March of 2015. Watch the video that captures that presentation.
