Transcripts

An official transcript bears the seal of Christ the King Seminary and an authorized signature. Official transcripts are mailed directly to institutions and agencies. An unofficial transcript does not bear such a seal and signature; such a transcript may be received directly by a student or former student.

Transcripts from other Institutions

Christ the King Seminary does not issue copies of transcripts or documents received from other institutions. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act provides that this transcript not be released to any other person or agency without the written consent of the student.

Request a Transcript

A transcript request form must be signed and returned to the Academic Office with a fee of $5 for each transcript. For a downloadable transcript form, Click Here.
